It took about 2 hours from the call to 1-800-BATTERY until completion of the battery installation. The man who came to do the work was pleasant and competent. I now have peace of mind that I won't be stranded due to a dead battery in this cold weather.

Great concept to come and handle battery replacements by visiting the vehicle. Because some problems with a bad battery relate to voltage regulator or perhaps other issues which I don't know, it would seem simple enough for your to add this service of checking the alternator. Hope this is useful.
